Kozuv defeated Kavala in a friendly tournament

KK Kozuv is through to the final of friendly tournament in Thessaloniki. The team from Gevgelija played Greek side Kavala and won 71-64 after completing a comeback in the second half.   The first half was better for Kavala as the team was up and led by 8 points after 20 minutes. After the break though Kozuv improved and completed a comeback. The team from Gevgelija played much better defense, allowed only 21 points in 20 minutes and eventually won.
Miladin Pekovic was the top scorer for the win with 12 points. Vladimir Brckov added 11 while 10 points apiece had Milan Janusevic and Nikola Korac.    Later today Kozuv will play in the final of the tournament.
