SCM U Craiova lost its first game of the new season

SCM U Craiova officially started its season by visiting champions Asesoft Ploiesti in the first round of Romanian Cup. Craiova played a good game but lost 64-70 at the end.   The game was very even from start to finish and it was won at the end. Craiova led by 2 points after the third quarter but in the last minute the hosts entered with 3 points up. The Craiova missed and the hosts scored a triple which secured the win.   Zoran Krstanovic had 22 points and 7 rebounds for Craiova while Travis Bureau added 19 and 7.
