Teodo won its first game of the season and here are some quotes after the victory over Rilski Sportist:
 
Dragan Radovic, head coach of KK Teodo: "We managed to keep our chances for the next round but what is most important is that we won. In our three first matches we were close to win but didn′t succeed at the end. Our team showed it has character and that can win games. It wasn′t such a pretty game to watch but the important is that with desire and spirit we managed to enter some rhythm that we wanted and at the end we deserved the win."

Srdjan Subotic, player of KK Teodo: "I want to thank Rilski for the correct play and correct game. I think our fighting spirit decided the game, our desire to win after some unfortunate defeats. We showed that we can play level with one of the best teams in the Balkan League. We need to practice even harder and I expect us to win more games."
 
Rosen Barchovski, head coach of BC Rilski Sportist: "We lost two matches in Montenegro, in Niksic and now in Tivat. We had no luck. This night we had, but in the finish we did not play good defense. Teodo is a good team. New player Šibalić brought a reversal. He was excellent. He made several difficult points. We fought, but we had no luck. Our ambitions are, of course, to qualify for the second round. We will see who will go further and who go out."
