Domestic leagues: Peja wins to take 2-1 lead in the Finals

KB Peja is now only a win away from winning the Kosovo league. The Yellows defeated KB Sigal Prishtina 66-63 at home to take 2-1 lead in the best-of-five series.

The visitors lead by 4 points after ten minutes but at the break Peja went up by 5. With a good third quarter the hosts took an 11-point lead after 30 minutse but in the last quarter Sigal tried everything to come back. The visitors did it but the time wasn′t enough to overcome the home side.

Kevin Burwell had 17 points for the winners while Drilon Hajrizi added 16. For the visitors Stanimir Marinov had a very good game with 19 points as Gerti Shima finished with 10 and 10 rebounds.
