Domestic leagues: A week delay for Kosovan Superliga′s spring season start

The beginning of the spring season of Kosovan basketball Superliga is expected to be delayed for at least a week. Clubs have made the request to postpone the start of the second half of the championship due to the lack of heat through the gyms and the cold weather in Kosovo.

Spring season was expected to start next weekend (14-15th), but because of the request of the elite clubs of the league will probably be postponed for the 20-21 of January.

Basketball Federation of Kosovo has confirmed the request of the clubs for Superliga′s break extension and the postponement of the start of the race is expected to be approved in a few days.
