Kumanovo going for the semifinal, Peja for second in a row

KK Kumanovo 2009 will host KB Peja tonight in another important group D game. It will be played at 19.00 hrs local time and will be LIVE on SportMedia.tv.

Kumanovo can qualify directly for the semifinals with a win tonight. If that happens the team will have 4-1 record and be unreachable at the top. The home team will rely on Mijatovic, Janeski, Karadzovski, Zivanovic and Brown to carry the offensive load but of course the defense is important as well.

As for Peja the game is not decisive because The Yellows will have another chance next week at home. However if Aleksandar Todorov wants his team to be first in the group then Peja will have to be at its best and try to steal the win. The team lost the Cup final in Kosovo a few days ago so the players will be eager to erase that memory and take the victory. To do that Peja will have to be at 100% and the likes of Veseli, Rundles and Billie will need to lead the rest in the hard environment in Kumanovo. Two weeks ago Peja won the meeting between the two teams so the Yellows will try to make the double.
