KB Bashkimi inks Bulgarian guard

Aleksandar Gruev is the newest addition to the SIGAL UNIQA Balkan League participant KB Bashkimi.

The Bulgarian guard has spent the last two seasons at Spartak Pleven in Bulgaria, where last year he averaged 13.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 5.2 assists per game in 15 matches.

The experienced guard will arrive in Prizren as Kosovo will be the sixth different country he had played at. Georgia (Dinamo Tbilisi), Iran (M.H.Ahvaz), Romania (CSU Sibiu), Slovenia (Zlatorog) and Bulgaria (BC Levski 2014 Sofia, Balkan, Lukoil Academic Sofia and Rilski sportist) are the clubs, whose jerseys Gruev had already worn.
