Beroe wins an away friendly game

BC Beroe continues its preparation for the upcoming season. The BIBL champions recorded another victory in a friendly game defeating Yambol 72-66 away.

The Greens led from the beginning thanks to the hot shooting of Tihomir Zhelev. Despite that the visitors didn′t built a big advantage as the home side stayed close. After the break however Beroe came out different and quickly pulled away. For just six minutes the lead reached 18 points but near the end of the game Yambol close the gap to just 5. Still The Greens never gave up their lead and took the victory.

Josh Parker was the top performer for Beroe with his 20 points.
