Asen Nikolov, head coach of BC Akademik Bultex 99: "I think our appoach was good and agressive except for the first five minutes of the game. We spoke with the players that this was a must win match if we want to do something good in the league. They did everything what we practiced and I′m happy about that.

This is the style I want us to play. However we had too many turnovers in that game which is something I don′t like and we need to work on."

Vasil Bachev, player of BC Akademik Bultex 99: "I don′t think the win was that easy. We prepared really well for Tirana and I′m happy that we continue our quest in BIBL with such a good result."

Antonios Doukas, head coach of SK Tirana: "First of all congratulations to Akademik. They are a serious team and work together really good.

We expected to have better reactions in some moments of the game but that′s it. We hope to be better and better in the future."
