Rosen Barchovski: We′ll win the Balkan League

Rosen Barchovski is someone who knows the Balkan League really well. He was the head coach of Rilski Sportist for some years and played twice in the final with the team and also has one third place finish. Now he is the Sports director of the club but remains close to the first team and this is why he spoke about Rilski′s chances in BIBL:

"It′s characteristic of Rilski Sportist not to start the season well but then the team always gets more stable. We have good players, they just needed more time to adapt. It′s good that we are playing in the Balkan League. 

We play really well and I like that. I think we are between the favorites for the first places in Bulgarian league and we are really close to Lukoil Academic.

The Balkan League is a really important competition for us. We spoke with the head coach before taking a decision to participate. There are positives, there are negatives but the positives are way more. The games keep the players in rhythm and good mood. I do predictions really rare but I′ll make one now - we′ll be the champions of the Balkan League."
