KB Bashkimi took a 13-point advantage over BC Akademik Bultex 99 in the first playoff game of SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League. Here are some quotes after the game was over: 

Dragan Radovic, head coach of KB Bashkimi: "We played a good game. We had huge energy until the start of the fourth period. However we can be happy but there are still 40 minutes to be played in Plovdiv which will be really really hard."

Aaron Moss, player of KB Bashkimi: "It was a good team effort. For our team as a whole it helped us that we had our center back in the game. Stutz is also really strong, played good for the team. There′s another game coming but we finished strong, we played a good team match and I′m happy with what we accomplished."

Yordan Yankov, assistant coach of BC Akademik Bultex 99: "I want to congratulate Bashkimi for the win. They played much better than in Plovdiv. We couldn′t handle Stutz and Moss. We played bad in defense and in offense especially in the first half when we allowed 51 points. However this is basketball - sometimes you play good, sometimes bad. We′ll go out in Plovdiv to try and win by more than 13 points."

Aleksandar Gruev, player of BC Akademik Bultex 99: "The only good thins from this game is that it was just the first half. Bashkimi was the better team and for us it′s good that we managed to close the gap to 13 points from being 25 down. We didn′t perform well in the our last two offenses but still we have to learn our lesson from that match and try to win by more than 13 next week."
