Blokotehna may return to the Balkan League

KK Blokotehna-NB may return to the Balkan League. The management of the club and the one of the league had a conversation during which they discussed the possibility to include the Gevgelija team in the competition. Both sides agreed to work in the next few days on the matter and next week the official decision in accordance with the Macedonian basketball federation will be announced.

Both managements see the good value and benefits that will come to all the sides, other teams included, if Blokotehna returns to the league. The staff of the competition will work on the program in the next few days and if the team′s return is confirmed officially it will be published next week.

Blokotehna made its debut in the Balkan League last season and it did more than well. The team finished second in the Regular season and reached the Final Four. However after two close games there the team didn′t record a win and finsihed fourth.

So far Blokotehna is having a strong start to the season in the Macedonian league. The team is one of the leaders after winning all five of its games so far.
