Domestic leagues: Blokotehna won the derby of Gevgelija

KK Blokotehna managed to win the derby of Gevgelija against KK Kozuv. The team won 76-64 away in the gym of the opponent and keep its first place in the standings.

The big reason for the victory was the first half performance of the visitors. They came out really strong and after 20 minutes led by 20 points. That was more than enough for them as despite the fact that Blokotehna scored just 23 point after the break, they had no problems.

Marjan Mladenovikj was the top performer for the winners with 17 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists. Danilo Mijatovic had 15 points and 8 rebounds as Goran Glavchev scored 12 points.

Kozuv was led by Robert Lewis who finished with 21 points. Nikola Karakolev had 19 as Daniel Nacevski added 11 points.

After 9 rounds Blokotehna is first with 8 wins and 1 defeat while Kozuv comes in 7th place with 3-5 record.
