Domestic leagues: Important win for Bashkimi, easy for Z Mobile Prishtina

KB Z Mobile Prishtina keeps winning in the Kosovo league. The team recorded its 8th straight victory after downing Lipjani 90-51 away. The game was decided early as the visitors took a 22-point advantage after the first quarter. From then on they were building on it and had no problems.

Meriton Ismaili was the top scorer for the winners with 18 points. AJ Davis did well with 16 as Denis Kristenian had 14 and 11 rebounds for a double-double.

KB Bashkimi recorded a very important win after beating Rahoveci 103-93 at home. The Prizren team played probably its best game of the season after dominating for 30 minutes. 

Bashkimi was up by 16 points after just ten minutes but in the second quarter the lead was cut to 11. The hosts however came out strong again in the third to go up by 21 and had no problems after that.

Jordan Capps had a monster game for the winners with 40 points and 7 rebounds. Steven Haney also did well with 23 and 9 as Ujkan Karanezi had 13 points.

After 9 rounds Z Mobile Prishtina leads the way with 8 wins from 8 games while Bashkimi is fourth with 4-5 record.
