Delasport BIBL congratulates BC Balkan for winning the title in Bulgaria

BC Balkan is the new champion of Bulgaria. The fourth placed team in Delasport Balkan League this season, won its second title in 3 years after beating Rilski Sportist 3-1 in the FInals. Balkan won Game 4 66-54 and won the title for 6th time in its history.

Delasport Balkan League would like to congratulate everyone associated with Balkan for winning the title. To all the management, coaches, players and fans - Congratulations! You deserved it.

Game 4 was a hard battle as Balkan made its move in the first half. The team started hot but Rilski came back and went up by a point early in the second quarter. That however was the first and the last time in which Rilski led. The hosts made a 15-2 run and never looked back until the end.

Ahmaad Rorie was the top scorer for the winners with 17 points while Christian Jones had 15 and 13 rebounds and was chosen the MVP of the Finals.
