The participants in the 2011 Nationwide European Referees Camp are doing a good job, officiating the Juniors U16 Finals in Varna, Bulgaria. These were the words of Simeon Varchev, general manager of the host club Euroins Cherno More and the consultant of the team Petko Delev.
"At this moment the championship is going good, the organization is good. I can say the same thing regarding the Referees Camp, where there are a lot of officials from all around the world. I can add that our Bulgarian international referees, who are already settled, can learn from this young people in the camp, including the women. They aren′t burdened and they always call what they see. The championship is going on in a completely different manner, and that′s really interesting for me" were Simeon Varchev′s words regarding the camp.
Petko Delev, who is head coach of the U18 team, and now a consultant for the U16 squad also shared his opinion: "In my opinion, the officials are doing a good job. There aren′t any shocking calls, and they are giving the best they can. Most of them seem to be young, and finding it difficult to get into the game, but after that they calm down. Our team doesn′t have any remarks at this stage."
