BC Mures & BC Timisoara will probably be the Romanian teams in the BIBL

BC Mures and BC Timisoara will most probably be the Romanian participants in the 2011/2012 EUROHOLD Balkan League. The BIBL is still waiting for an confirmation letter from the local federation however.   BC Mures already played in the BIBL during the 2010/2011 season. Csaba Deri′s team finished fourth in Group B with a balance of 3-5, but left good impressions with their play and organization.   BC Timisoara haven′t played in the BIBL before. Last season in Romania they finished on the 11th spot, while BC Mures ended up on the 5th position at the end of the season.   There were two Romanian teams at the same time in the Balkan League during 2008/2009, while in 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 there was only one team representing Romania in the BIBL.
