The Serbia U18 Men National Team, coached by OKK Beograd′s Marko Icelic finished second in Division A in the European Championship in Wroclaw, Poland. In the final game the Serbian team lost to Spain by 6 points - 65:71.
 
During the whole championship, the squad led by head coach Icelic showed a complete team effort. In the 1/4 finals they defeated France 61:71, before beating Italy 61:67 in the semifinal. However at the final game they lost, despite four players scoring in double digits.
 
Seven players averaged between 7.2 and 11.2 points per game, as Nenad Miljenovic was the top scorer with 11.2 points per contest. Vasilije Micic was the best passer with 4.3 assists, while Nikola Jankovic was the rebound leader with 6.6 per game.
 
Another BIBL country - Croatia finished 8th, after losing to France in the game for 7/8 place.
