EuroBasket 2011 Group D:   Bulgaria played a good game against Russia, but the team of coach David Blatt showed more class and won 77:89.   Deyan Ivanov played a good game with 23 points. Filip Videnov adde 17 and 3 rebounds, while E.J. Rowland had 14 and 4 assists.   Andrei Kirilenko led Russia with 25 points, while Timofey Mozgov added 15. Vitaly Fridzon finished with 13.   Bulgaria still has hope for advancing in the next phase, as they have to win by 14 or more points against Georgia, or if their win is by a smaller difference, they will have to hope that Ukraine loses to Belgium.
