Hapoel Tel-Aviv added another new player to their roster, just a couple of days after announcing the signing of rookie Tracy Smith from North Carolina State. The newest name in the team from Tel-Aviv is experienced forward Corry Carr.   Carr is a 193-cm tall forward, who has a lot of experience in Israeli basketball. Born on the 5th of December 1975, Carr played college basketball for Texas Tech, before being selected in the NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks, but was traded to the Chicago Bulls   In the NBA he appeared in 42 games for the Chicago Bulls during the 1998/99 season, averaging 4.1 points and 1.1 assists. He moved to Israel in 2001, and so far has played in the country for nine seasons, as he received an Israeli pаssport in 2009.   Last season he played for Eldan Ashkelon, averaging 13.0 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.2 steals per game.
