Hapoel Tel Aviv and Napredak facing each other in their BIBL debut

Hapoel Tel Aviv, one of the teams with the biggest tradition in Israeli basketball is set to make their debut in the EUROHOLD Balkan League agaisnt another new team - KK Napredak Rubin Krusevac from Serbia.
The Israeli side has a rich history, as the most interesting fact is that the club is managed by their own fans. On the other side Napredak are a classic Serbian team, realying only on players from the Balkan Area. This will be Napredak′s first ever participation in an European club competition.
Tip-off is set for 18.00 local time, as the Hadar Yosef Gym in Tel Aviv is expected to be full. The fans of Hapoel are known as one of the most loyal basketball fans.
Matan Naor is definitely the most well-known name for Hapoel, as he has been a regular in the Israeli NT. Other interesting players are veteran forward Corry Carr, and also youngsters Demontez Stitt and Curtis Kelly, who are coming straight out of the NCAA. The team is coached by Erez Edelshtein.
Napredak is a young team, coached by Bratislav Knezevic. The only player on the roster who has experience in the BIBL is Danilo Sibalic, who played for KK Ulcinj last season. The team has only two players who aren′t from Serbia - Slobodan Pejovic (Montenegro) and Nebojsa Andelic (Bosnia).
The BIBL debut of both teams starts at 18.00 local time in Hadar Yosef in Tel Aviv and will be broadcasted live on Sportmedia.TV.News
