Domestic leagues: Timisoara with a win, remains second in Romania

BC Timisoara won 91:76 at home against Rovinari, achieving the team′s sixht win in the Romanian championship since the beginning of the new season. After seven rounds have been played the team is second in the ranking, with a balance of 6-1, behing Gaz Metan who are unbeaten (7-0).   Bogdan Popescu had a strong game in the win against Rovinari - 23 points and 6 rebounds. Dominique Archie added 16 points and grabbed 8 boards, while Branko Cuic landed a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Zlatko Jovanovic and Robert Sarovic respectively had 12 and 10 points.   Predrag Badnjarevic′s side is hosting KK Torus - SC Boris Trajkovski in their second game from the 2011/2012 EUROHOLD Balkan League, which is scheduled for the 8th of November.
