Bulgarian runner-up and former EUROHOLD BIBL champion Levski registered third consecutive win in the regular season of EUROHOLD Balkan League. Titi Papazov′s squad attained a victory on a difficult road game against KK Ulcinj - 73:75. The Blues showed 2 totally different faces in the tonights game, as after a superb first half they found a lot of troubles in the second. On the other side Ulcinj played good game, but the short bench and the lack of experience were decisive in the last minutes, where the home team missed a lot of chances to take the lead and to win the game. The game had big importance for both sides, as if Ulcinj managed to take the victory,  they could think for a place in the quarter-finals. Now the from Montenegro has a 1-2 record and will find a difficult challenge to climb before Levski, Feni or Hapoel for one of the places which give options to continue in the competitio. With these success Levski are now on 3-0 record and are still undefeated. The game for Levski missed the small forward Zlatin Georgiev , who stayed in Sofia with a bad virus and the management of Levski decided not to take risks with him.

The game started better for the host from Sofia, who won the first quarter with 3 points - 21:18. During the opener period Levski were feeling really comfortable, taking the lead from the first minute. On the other side Ulcinj tried
to stay closer to their opponents, but Aaron Harper and Marcus Hall are simply
unstoppable for them.  In the second period, Titi Papazov`s side continued to dominate the game, as the difference climbed to double digit in the 15th minute – 34:23 in their favour. After 24:15, Bulgarian team were up by 12 points at halftime - 45:33. In this quarter a great performance except Hall, showed the former Rilski Sportist player Dragomir Marojevic, who had 8 points and 8 rebounds during the first half. After 30 minutes of play the score was 50:57, as the hosts from Ulcinj managed to decrease their trail, as everything was going to be decided in the fourth quarter. The last period turned out to be really interesting, as Ulcinj quickly opened their account with a lay-up of Medenica, droping the lead of Levski to only 5 points.  Both teams missed a lot of shots during the last quarter, but Levski were more focused and precise in the decisive last 5 minutes, while Ulcinj players probably affected by the fatigue failed to follow their opponents in the end didn′t managed to take their second victory in the EUROHOLD Balkan League. In the final 2 minutes, the Montenegrins missed good chances to equal and even to win the game, but the chance tonight was with Levski. The final score was set to 73:75 from Boban Medenica, who made 2 from 4 free throws in the last seconds.

In the next round, on 30th of November Levski are hosting the Serbian representative KK Napredak Rubin in Universiada Hall.  KK Ulcinj will have a
big mountain to climb, as the Montenegrins will travel to Tel Aviv, facing the
local Hapoel in Hadar Yosef Hall on 24th of November.
