The BIBL finishes 2011 with two games in Serbia tonight

The EUROHOLD Balkan League is going to finish the year 2011 with two games in Sebia tonight - one from Group A and one from Group B. OKK Beograd are hosting BC Rilski Sportist in Group A, while KK Napredak Rubin are playing at home against KK Ulcinj in Group B. Both games start at 18.00 local time.   OKK Beograd are currently the only team without a win in Group A of the 2011/2012 EUROHOLD Balkan League. However the team made changes in the coaching staff, releasing Marko Icelic and adding Vlado Djurovic as head coach. In the Serbian league they already achieved two straight wins under the guidance of their new head coach.   However OKK are lying on the bottom of Group A with a balance of 0-3, while their opponents from Rilski Sportist are third with 3 wins and only 1 loss. Those two teams have met two times in their BIBL history - in the quarterfinal playoffs last season, as Rilski Sportist won both games - 66:57 at home in Samokov and 88:93 in Belgrade after overtime and moved on to the Final Four, where they lost in the final to the future champion KK Feni Industries.   In the other game tonight - from Group B the other Serbian side KK Napredak Rubin is facing their visitors from Montenegro KK Ulcinj. Napredak Rubin and Ulcinj are sharing the same balance - each team has 1 win and 3 losses, but Napredak are fourth and Ulcinj are fifth.   The two teams haven′t met before, but in their games so far both sides left contradictory impressions. Napredak were close to upsetting Levski in Sofia, played a tough game and were definitely trouble away from home for the defending champ Feni and also grabbed a well-deserved home win against HKK Zrinjski at home - (79:59).   KK Ulcinj also showed some good stuff in their games so far. They lost at home to Levski (73:75) and away against Feni Industries (53:59) but made the games against the two powerhouses in the BIBL unpredictable until the very end. Their only win came against Zrinjski away from home (60:62).   Both games start at 18.00 local time tonight and will be broadcasted live on Sportmedia.TV.
