Titi Papazov: It was important to show our character

Levski′s head coach Konstantin Papazov was very satisfied with his team after the win in Kavadarci against the defending EUROHOLD Balkan League champion KK Feni Industries (84:91). Here is what Titi said to the media after the victory.   "I′m satisfied, because this was a very important game for us. We needed to win, we needed to show our character and to bounce back after the loss to Rilski Sportist. This is the first time that we win in Kavadarci since I′m head coach of Levski. Feni are a good side with an experienced coach, and every win against them is valuable."   "I′m really happy with the fact that we showed our character in a game, that didn′t matter to us. I want to congratulate Feni, because they also showed character and came back in the game. Anyway, I don′t think that there was a person in the hall, who wouldn′t think that Levski had to win this game."   "The difference was erased in the second half, because in the first we shot extremely good from three-point range, something that usually Feni does. Besides that, their fan support helped them a lot, here the people know the game of basketball. They know how and when to support their team."   "Our team has ambitions of hosting the Final Four, but this is for our management to do, as they need to contact the Balkan League management. Ofcourse that I would prefer for us to have homecourt advantage. Our only goal is to play in the final. However the road until the final game won′t be easy."
