Rosen Barchovski: A valuable win against a tough opposition

Rilski Sportist′s head coach Rosen Barchovski shared his thoughts after the team′s 83:78 win against Hapoel Tel Aviv in the EUROHOLD Balkan League quarterfinals, which gave his side a 1-0 lead in the series. Here is what Barchovski had to say:   "We were too intense in the first half of the game, we shot 2/12 from three-point range in the first 20 minutes, I guess it′s because of too much willingness to win. Hapoel are a very tough team, they play really good and strong defense. I think that this win is very valuable, no matter what happens from now on. However this is just the first part of a three-part play."   "Branko Mirkovic is enough experienced to know when he is playing good and when he isn′t playing good." were Barchovski′s words about Branko Mirkovic′s improved performance in the second half of the game.
