Important note regarding the starting hour of Hapoel Tel Aviv - Rilski Sportist

The second game from the quarterfinal play-off series between BC Hapoel Tel Aviv and BC Rilski Sportist Samokov, scheduled for Tuesday, March 27th will tip-off as announced - 20.00 local time in Hadar Yosef Hall in Tel Aviv.   However the time in Israel didn′t change on the 25th of March, as in Bulgaria (where the clocks were turned 1 hour forward). So with starting hour 20.00 local time in Israel, the game will start at 21.00 local time in Bulgaria.   The game will be broadcasted live on Israeli television Charlton, and also live on the Internet at Sport Media TV.   Riski Sportist won the first game in Samokov 83:78 and are leading the series 1-0. According to the  Regulations of the BIBL, the series is "Best of 3". In case of a tie, the third game will be played on the 29th of March again in Israel.
