Domestic leagues: Kozuv shocked the champions MZT at home, Kumanovo also victorious

KK Kozuv recorded a great win in the Superleague. The team from Gevgelija defeated the champions MZT Skopije at home 83-80 for the delight of the local fans. Kozuv led for the whole time and had a double digit advantage but in the end the winner had to be decided in overtime. In the extra five minutes Kozuv played better and after the visitors missed a three-pointer the win went for the home side. Miladin Pekovic had 19 points while Slobodan Bojovic added 18.
Kumanovo also had a win in this round after 91-86 against Feni Industries. The hosts were up 18 points before the final quarter but couldn′t hold on to the advantage and allowed the visitors to close the gap.
Aleksandar Kostoski had 29 points and 6 assists while Anthony Lee-Ingram had 26 points and 8 rebounds.
After this round Kozuv is tied for second place with 4 wins and 2 defeats while Kumanovo shares 4-5 positions with 2-4 record.
