Domestic leagues: Galil Gilboa 2-0 down in the quarterfinals

Galil Gilboa is now down 0-2 in the quarterfinal series against Maccabi Haifa. The team lost the second game at home 81-93 and now face a very tough task in order to advance. Game 3 is on Thursday.
The game was controlled by Maccabi as the team held a good lead. Galil managed to win the fourth quarter by 5 points but it was a too little too late for the team. Maccabi outrebounded the hosts 44-31 and looket better organized offensively dishing out 21 assists.
Jamar Smith had 24 points and 5 rebounds for Galil as Amit Simchon and Dagan Yavzuri added 14 apiece.
