BC Sigal Prishtina is the Kosovo representative in EUROHOLD Balkan League season 2013-2014

After the decision of the EUROHOLD Balkan League Board meeting which took place during Final Four 2013 in Samokov and after the visit of the Competition Manager Mr. Kamen Toshev to Prishtina 10 days ago, BC Sigal Prishtina officially accepted the conditions put by the Board and by the League and will play in season 2013-2014 for the first time in their history.   Although the club did not succeed to become Champion in the local championship, BC Sigal Prishtina is the club with the biggest experience and traditions in the basketball in the country, very good and professional management and they were the ones also nominated by the National Federation to apply to participate in EUROHOLD Balkan League.   The people from the club have ambitions and desire to learn and to improve in order to be ready for the beginning of the season as playing in an international competition is something new for them. Therefore, there is a scheduled meeting for the beginning of July in Sofia, Bulgaria, where the President of BC Sigal Prishtina is expected to be present together with the General Manager and Marketing Manager of the team. All the details regarding their participation, organization of the home games, marketing, trips abroad, TV, etc. will be discussed in that meeting and all the necessary arrangements will be done before the season starts.   EUROHOLD Balkan League would like to welcome officially BC Sigal Prishtina and to wish them good luck in the way they have started. It is a historical for the basketball on the Balkans moment but EUROHOLD Balkan League is ready to confront this challenge in the name of the development of our beloved sport in our region - one of the main purposes of the competition since Day 1.
