Shay Striks: I′m very satisfied after this visit, the people are professional

The Sports Director of EUROHOLD Balkan League - Mr. Shay Shtriks visited Craiova where he checked everything regarding the local team′s participation in the tournament next season. He met the Board of the club and discussed a lot of important issues with them. Here is what Mr. Shtriks said after his visit:   "We were in Craiova where we met the people from the club. They showed that they are very professional and have a big desire to succeed in the League already from the first year of their participation. What is important is that they want to play not only one season, like the Romanian teams before them, but in the future. The Municipality and all the city is behind them and thus their ambitions are high.   They have one of the best and most modern sports facilities I have ever seen in Europe. It is really amazing and we even discussed the possibility to make the opening game of season 2013-2014 in Craiova. The arena is of course very suitable for organizing Final 4 too but the team first has to play good and to qualify. Then, there is enough time to speak about Final 4. The management promised to make a strong team which will compete for the top position in the standings and they have already started working deeply with the selection.   I was accommodated in the hotel where the teams will be hosted. It is outside the city but it is very nice Romanian-traditional-style hotel with very good conditions. Overall, I am very satisfied after this visit. There was a press conference held with the local media and everybody is very positive about the participation of their home team.   I am quite sure we will have very strong and interesting games in Craiova next season and I wish the management good luck."
