American guard will play in Galil Gilboa

The double EUROHOLD Balkan League champion - BC Galil Gilboa, added another player to its roster. His name is Adrian Banks who signed for the team and will try to help in defending the crown in the competition.
Banks is a guard and 191 cm tall. He is coming from Italian team Cimberio Varese where in 40 games last season averaged 13.9 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists. With his team Banks won the regular season but then in the playoffs Varese lost to eventual champion Montepaschi in the semifinals.
This will be Banks′s second team in Israel as for two season - 2010/2011 and 2011/2012, he played for Elitzur Netanya. In his second season he was the top scorer of the league averaging 21.5 points per game. He also won twice the All Star Game Dunk Contest in Israel  and reached the Cup final in 2011.
