KK Kumanovo 2009 is the tenth team in EUROHOLD Balkan League for the new season

KK Kumanovo 2009 (Kumanovo, MKD) will play in EUROHOLD Balkan League for second straight season. With the support of the Macedonian federation the team will fulfill the three conditions in order to participate in the competition once again - the club will fix the floor in the gym, will renovate the locker rooms for the teams and for the referees and will arrange a proper accomodation for the visiting teams.

The last season was the first one for Kumanovo in the league and the team performed more than good. They reached the Final 4 of the competition but couldn′t win a game there and finished 4th. However it was a good performance by Kumanovo in the tournament and everybody admitted it. The team was a part of the best game in the history of EUROHOLD Balkan League when on March 13th they lost at home 114-117 in a double overtime.

Kumanovo 2009 will be in group A of the competition with the teams of Galil Gilboa (Israel), Balkan (Bulgaria), Teodo (Montenegro) and Sigal Prishtina (Kosovo). EUROHOLD Balkan League is happy to accept once again Kumanovo 2009 in the competition and the management is sure that once again there will be a lot of great games with a great atmosphere in the gym.
