Team on focus: KB Sigal Prishtina

One of the newcomers in EUROHOLD Balkan League is KB Sigal Prishtina. This team and also KB Peja′s participation in the competition is a historic moment as it will be first international games for teams from Kosovo. Sigal finished second in the local league last season but with the start of the new campaign the team already won the Supercup of Kosovo and showed bigger ambitioins.   One of the foreigners in the team is Kendrick Jones who will be given the keys to run the offense of Sigal. Behind him will be Muhamed Hasani but some minutes on the point guard position may see also Dardan Berisha. Mostly he will be used at position "′2" where his main strength is and he is a player that can score a lot.   Alongside Berisha on the wing will be Antabia "Tay" Waller who is already one of the main players in the roster. Edmond Azemi has experience and will also get a lot of minutes as well as Alban Veseli.   Sigal has some big bodies under the basket where the Lithuania Aurimez Kieza and American K`Zell Wesson will complement each other with local guys Blerim Mazreku and Fisnik Rugova. Their size and strength will give a good frontcourt presence for Sigal and will be important in the battle under the basket.   The head coach of the team will be Ceyhun Cabadak who will try to make something good with his players. Sigal already showed that the team is in good condition and will be trying to do well in the competition. The club from Prishtina will make its debut on October 16th during a tough visit to KK Kumanovo 2009.
