Team on focus: KB Peja

The champions of Kosovo are the other team from that country that will make its debut in international competition. The roster of KB Peja has some changes from last season but still there are a lot of interesting names. Of course the team will have a big support from the stands and will be eager to have a good first season.
 
The experienced Croatian Vedran Morovic will run the point guard position and most likely he will receive help from Samir Saptahovic. However the biggest name for the team is at position "2" where Peja signed the American Fred House. He not only has enough experience but it′s on the biggest level in Europe - the Euroleague. His presence will be important not only to his team but also to the competition in general. Of course Peja will miss Dardan Berisha who signed for Sigal but the team will try to replace him with players like Mirza Ahmetbasic and 22-year old Drilon Hajrizi.
 
Under the basket Peja will have big bodies that will try to dominate the paint. One of them is the American George Odufuwa but the local like Gerti Shima and Endrit Hysenagolly will also make their presence be felt.
 
In general Peja has very experienced squad and also importantly a coach with experience of winning. The Croatian Daniel Lutz is coming from Cibona where he won the double in his country last season. His aim in Peja will be to try and repeat that in the local league but also to have good performance in EUROHOLD Balkan League. The team has the quality to perform well but only time will tell.
