Quotes after the game KB Sigal Prishtina - BC Balkan

Yesterday KB Sigal Prishtina defeated BC Balkan at home to get its second win in as many games in EUROHOLD Balkan League. Here is what some of the main participants had to say after the match:
Ceyhun Cabadak, head coach of KB Sigal Prishtina: "It was very important for us to win the first game at home in EUROHOLD Balkan League and also it was very important for Kosovo as a country. Now wre are 2-0 and we′ll go to a tough game in Israel. There are very high quality teams in the league so this 2-0 doesn′t mean anything. It′s a long season, we have 14 more games and we should aproach each one like that one and we should keep the same energy."
Dardan Berisha, player of KB Sigal Prishtina: "It was not an easy game, it was a tough one. We played really good, especially in the beginning and we kept that play in the second half. We are in good shape and we must keep that. We played really good in that game. I think this game is very big for Kosovo. It was the first international one in Kosovo and we showed that we can make good organization, we can play good basketball and it′s very important for us. We still have a lot of games in front of us but if we continue to play like this we can go to the Final 4 which will be very big for us."
Aleksandar Todorov, head coach of BC Balkan: "We knew that we were going to play in extremely difficult enviroment and conditions in full gym because we were aware that this is the first official international game ever in Kosovo. We knew that if we wanted to do something we had to control the first quarter and we were talking about that all the time. We couldn′t control it and the game finished like the end of the first quarter. Basically everything was solved in ten minutes and the rest of the game was just wasting our time because we have important match on Saturday at home. I′m not satisfied with the way we played because this is not even 20% of what this team  is capable. We knew that this schedule with first 5 games on the road is risky. We are aware that we need seven wins to advance to the next round and my wish was to have 1 away and 6 home victories. Obviously we lost the first two chances so we have to look for seven new chances."
Stanimir Marinov, player of BC Balkan: "The coach told us something in the locker room and in the court we showed that it was like we didn′t believe him. He turned out to be right as it all depended on the first quarter. This team has incredible fans. When you have fans like that who are screaming and yelling all the time, it gives you wings on the shoulders and you play in the best shape of your life. We didn′t play good at all and not even close to our good game. I think the problem is that we are kind of new in this league and we don′t have much experienced guys. We have to work really hard and improve in the future. I didn′t expect this kind of atmosphere. I was told that it would be good, that there would be a lot of people here but I didn′t expect it to be like that. It′s really hard to play in that kind of a gym."
