A lot of close games and drama in the first six week of EUROHOLD Balkan League

Before the start of the new season in EUROHOLD Balkan League everybody was talking about the fact that the teams are very even, that we should expect a lot of close games and there will be a lot of unknowns until the end. After six weeks of action we can confirm that those expectations were correct.
So far we′ve witnessed a lot of close matches, a lot of drama, comebacks and more and more. Even this week we saw two games that were decided in overtime - a fact that can only make the fans happy. After all sports is for the fans and the best for them is to watch nice and interesting battles.
For now nobody can say who is in or who is out of the battle for the Final 4. Even the team of Peja, last placed with no wins so far, can still qualify for the next phase because there are a lot of matches to play. All the teams still have their chances of reaching the Top 6 and then the F4 so surely we can expect the tendency of hard fought games to continue.
So far the officiating is also at a good level as are the games. This is also very important because since the league has started, the referees have always been at a good level.
EUROHOLD Balkan League is one of the tournaments in Europe with the most close games this season. The league offers very competitive games, very interesting ones and the quality of the basketball played is high. If this continues surely we are about to witness a more than interesting season.
