Domestic leagues: Peja won the derby against Sigal Prishtina

KB Peja handed KB Sigal Prishtina the first loss in the Kosovo league this season. The top two teams in the championship met for the second time in a few days and Peja came out on top at home 83-78. With this win the team moved to the first place with a 10-1 record as Sigal is second with 9-1 and with a game in hand.   Peja started well and took a 12-point advantage but then Sigal came close with a 9-0 run. After the first half the hosts were up by 9 points but the third quarte finished even. In the final quarter the players of Peja did better and eventually won the match.   Fred House had 20 points for the winners as both Samir Saptahovic and Gerti Shima scored 16.   For the visitors Dardan Berisha had 19 points and 5 assists while Blerim Mazreku scored 14 points.
