Domestic leagues: Wins for Kozuv and Kumanovo 2009

KK Kozuv continues with the winning ways in the local championship as the team stayed on top after the 10th round. The squad from Gevgelija defeated Feni Industries 83-77 away and with 8 victories and 1 loss is tied for first place. Kozuv played a good third quarter which they won by 11 points and that gave them a 15-point lead. In the final minutes they kept it and went home with the win. Miladin Pekovic was the top scorer with 14 points as Slobodan Bozovic had 13 and 6 rebounds.     KK Kumanovo 2009 also had a win in this round. The team hosted ABA Strumica and was better taking the victory 86-71. The hosts were down after the first half but the second was won by 18 points and with this the game. Marjan Janeski had 19 points and 6 rebounds while Uros Lukovic was with 18 and 7. After this round Kumanovo is on 4th position with 6 wins and 3 defeats.
