KB Peja continues its strong performance in recent weeks as the team recorded its fourth straight win in EUROHOLD Balkan League. The team hosted KK Kumanovo 2009 and got the better by winning 81-75. After this match both teams are now tied for 4th position in the standings with 6 wins and 5 defeats.
 
The hosts started very well and took an early 10-2 lead. Kumanovo cut the deficit to just 3 points but Peja responded with a 12-0 run to move up by 15. The home team then was holding on to its double digit lead until four minutes left in the first half when the visitors closed the gap to 9 points. Peja quickly made a 5-0 run and later finished the half with 8 straight points to lead by 20.
 
Peja′s lead went to 24 points in the third quarter as later Kumanovo closed the deficit but it still was 15 points after three quarter. The visitors hadn′t give up on trying to win as they started to close the gap even further. With seven minutes to go it was just 7 points and two minutes later it was just 5. Later Kumanovo had a few chance to cut its deficit even more but missed some shots and in the end Peja took the victory.
 
Five players scored in double figures for the winners. Samir Shaptahovic finished with 19 points and 7 assists while Teo Simovic finished with 16 points and 6 rebounds.
 
For the visitors Vukasin Mandic finished 19 points as Royce Parran had 16 and 7 assists.
