Sigal Prishtina won in Craiova in a dramatic finish Dardan Berisha

KB Sigal Prishtina recorded another important win in EUROHOLD Balkan League. The team visited SCM U Craiova and got the victory by a score of 86-85. The visitors made a great start to the last quarter, then the hosts came back but at the end the team from Prishtina won dramatically. This puts Sigal on a 10-5 record and next week at home they will decide the direct qualification for the Final 4 in the match against BC Levski. SCM U Craiova on the other side finished the regular season with 6 wins and 10 defeats.
 
In the first 30 minutes the match was even with a lot of lead changes. Still the hosts had the advantage for most of the time and led by 3 points. 
 
The last quarter started with a great 15-2 run for the visitors which gave them a 10-point lead. They kept it for a few minutes but with six straight points Craiova came back in the game with more than two minutes to go. With 67 second to the end Mirko Kovac scored a triple for the hosts that cut their deficit to just three points and after that the visitors made a mistake. In the next offense Kovac scored another three-pointer and tied the score with 38.5 seconds to go. Then Sigal missed their shot but stole the ball and it went to Dardan Berisha. He missed a triple and Craiova grabbed the rebound. LeVar Seals got the ball and went to the basket but missed under the rim and then fouled Berisha. He made only the first free throw, missed the second and gave Sigal the win.
 
Dardan Berisha was the top scorer for the winners with 22 points. Kendrick Jones had 19 points while 18 and 9 rebounds added Blerim Mazreku.
 
For the home team Mirko Kovac finished with 20 points as 15 and 6 rebounds had Travis Bureau.
