Andjelko Mandic, head coach of SCM U Craiova: "Congratulations to Kumanovo, basically they deserved the win. They were the better team all game and we didn′t lose it with the last offense. We were scared from the beginning and I don′t know why, may be it was too much pressure. Unfortunately now we made our life more complicated and we are going to wait and see what will happen in the game next week and see who we are going to play in the quarterfinal. I want to thank the people who came to support us but unfortunately we didn′t won. We also had some injury problems during the week."

Strashko Todorovikj, head coach of KK Kumanovo 2009: "My players were very exhausted around our Balkan League games and the Macedonian cup that we had during the weekend. However they gave their maximum and achieved our fourth away win this season in the competition. I thank the player and wish them a good luck,"

We traveled ten hours after our Macedonian cup semifinal for this very important match. I′m very happy that we won the game. We knew it would be a difficult one but this year I think we have a team that shows a lot of character in this kind of matches.
