Domestic leagues: Peja won the derby against Sigal Prishtina

KB Peja defeated KB Sigal Prishtina 82-79 at home in the derby of the Kosovo league. The teams met in the 23rd round of the championship and offered a very good and interesting game.

Peja led early in the game but in the second quarter Sigal took over. The visitors made some triples which helped them to build a 6-point advantage at the break. The game continued to be even in the third quarter as the last started with three point led for Sigal as Bojan Trajkovski made a triple to end the third. With two minutes to go the visitors were up by 1 but it was Dominique Wise′s turn to make things happen and to give Peja the win.

Nic Wise had 32 points for the victory as Jozo Brkic added 17 and 10 assists.

For Sigal Prishtina 23 points and 12 rebounds had Bojan Trajkovski while Julian Mavunga scored 21 points. Dardan Berisha returned from injury and finished the game with 10 points.

After 23 rounds Sigal is first with 21 wins and 2 defeats while Peja follows with 20-3 record.
