Rosen Barchovski, head coach of BC Rilski Sportist: "It′s two games and the winner is the one that scored more points so it doesn′t matter if you win or lose by 1. We didn′t missed the win but are good play and good difference of 12 points. They tightened up the defense and attacked our weak sides. Also as expected Rakocevic had no powever after his sickness. We counted a lot on him but he wasn′t what he is. When they tied the game we didn′t have the opportunity to win because we only scored 23 points in the second half which is very little. Our play under the basket didn′t work, there were no fast breaks and a lot of open shots didn′t go in. It′s difficult to make any difference when you score 62 points. We have to go there and win. Now the pressure is on them, they have to beat us. Nothing is lost, the second half is coming."

Zlatin Georgiev, player of BC Rilski Sportist: "The second half we missed a lot of open shots while Peja scored more triples and that′s why the beat us. For sure not playing in our gym influnced but this is not an excuse."


Borislav Kurtovic, head coach of KB Peja: "We had a lot of problems before the game and in my mind as coach the idea was to slow down Rilski. We didn′t make it in the first half because they played well but in the second half we started to play like we prepared for the game. I′m very happy for this result but it′s not finish. We need to be much more ready and I hope we′ll win. For us it was a good game. Some players didn′t practice more than 10 days which is a problem for us. We have seven more days to prepare and recuperate. It′s not over yet. In Peja there will be a lot of fans, because it′s a historical game. We′ll try to do our best and we′ll see."

Alban Veseli, player of KB Peja: "It was a hard game. Every semifinal is a hard one. We came back in the game and everything finished good for us. When we come back in Peja next week I think it can be a very good and spectacular win for us."
