Domestic leagues: Defeats for Levski 2014 and Beroe

Both Levski 2014 and BC Beroe suffered defeats in the third round of Bulgarian league. This leaves them with 1-2 record in the championship as they share the same position.   Levski 2014 lost at home to Cherno more 75-88. The visitors played better from the beginning and except a few minutes in the third quarter when Levski tied the score, controlled the match and won it. Pavel Ivanov had 19 points for Levski as Aleksandar Yanev added 15 and 10 rebounds.   Beroe hosted the champions Lukoil Academic and lost 65-93. The hosts were equal to their opponents in the first 15 minutes but then Lukoil stepped up a gear and didn′t have any problems to seal the win. Auston Barnes had 13 points for Beroe as 10 apiece scored Evrik Gary and Ashton Moore.
