Domestic leagues: Peja took the second derby with Sigal Prishtina, Bashkimi overcome Trepca

KB Peja are still unbeaten in the Kosovo league. The team won the second derby of the season with Sigal Prishtina after defeating the champions 73-71 at home.    At one moment in the third quarter the visitors led by 11 but Peja fought back. Before the last ten minutes Sigal were up by 8 but couldn′t hold on and the hosts took the victory.   Nenad Delic had 18 points for the win as Kevin Burwell added 16, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. For the visitors Mohamed Abukar had 14 points as Blerim Mazreku had 12 and 7 rebounds.   Bashkimi also had an important win in this round after 86-68 at home against Trepca. The team from Prizren led by 12 at the break and managed to keep the good lead until the end.   After this week′s games Peja are still on top of the league with 10 wins from 10 games. Sigal are second with 6 and 2 while Bashkimi moved up to third with 6-4 record.
