Quotes after the game KB Peja - KK Sutjeska

KB Peja recorded a very dramatic home win after beating KK Sutjeska in overtime. The hero for the hosts was Alban Veseli who hit the winning triple with 1.5 seconds left. Here are some quotes after the game was over: 

Aleksandar Todorov, head coach of KB Peja; "An absolutely unnecessary overtime but this is basketball. It′s good that we won at the end but I′m not satisfied with the match overall. We can and should play better in the next ones."

Alban Veseli, player of KB Peja: "A very difficult but sweet win. The last shot is a luck but we made it and we are happy. We are tired because we played a lot of games in the last two months but now we are only focused on the Balkan League and the domestic competitions."

Milos Kovac, head coach of KK Sutjeska: "I congratulate the home team for the win. It was a good game, we played very well in the first half but in the second we missed some open shots. The game was decided by one shot as the luck was on their side." 

Goran Gajovic, player of KK Sutjeska: "It would not have been undeserved if we had won the game. We hope that we′ll continue with good results and will reach the Second Stage together with Peja."
