Krunoslav Krajnovic: We played better than our last game

KB Bashkimi is a completelly different team than the one which reached the final of the Balkan League last season. This one started with a tough home loss but nevertheless there were also some good things to be seen. Here are some quotes from the head coach Krunoslav Krajnovic and the point guard Michael Martin after the game was over:

Krunoslav Krajnovic: "I think that we played better than our last game but Beroe is a very strong and experienced team. They played very hard and aggressive defense which gave us problems. I think that overall I can be happy that we played better than our last game in Prishtina."

Michael Martin: "We hang in there a lot in the first half. We showed a lot of fight. In the second though I think we became tired and when you are tired you can′t think straight. That′s the big issue right now. We are slowly getting there but we need some time."
