Arnis Vecvagars: We had serious problems with their movement

BC Barsy Atyray suffered another defeat in the Balkan League after losing to BC Beroe away. Here is what the head coach of the team Arnis Vecvagars had to say:

"We lost but I think that this is understandable when playing such a good team like Beroe. We had serious problems with their movement on the court and their defense which were at a really high level. We knew how they are playing but we couldn′t stop them. They are definitely one of the favorites in the Balkan League. I have to admit that our fatigue was key for our performance in the first half." 

Aragad Abramian played 11 minutes in the game and said the following after it finished: 

"We tried to fight with the best team in the competition but didn′t succeed to. They played great in defense. In the first half they outplayed us with great sets in offense and movements to which we couldn′t respond. As for our team, we have a lot of work to do. We also have new players, had a game the day before and this is why it didn′t work out so well."
