Arnis Vecvagars: Bad transition defense and wrong offensive decisions cost us the game

BC Barsy Atyrau suffered another defeat in the Balkan League after losing to Blokotehna away. Here is what the head coach of the team Arnis Vecvagars had to say once the match was over:

"Congratulations to Blokotehna. We played bad in the first half especially in transition defense and made some wrong decisions in offense. That′s the reason why they had such an advantage in the first half and the main reason why we lost the match."

Arkadiy Mkrtychyan finished the game with 7 points and 5 rebounds. Here is what he said following the defeat: 

"We just had a bad game. Our team will bounce back and will pick it up next time. We just need to do a better job defending and rebounding in general. But it was a good game for us."
